RISE & ALIGN:
Standing Reformer From The Gound Up!
LIVE: January 25 - 9:00 - 10:30a PT (Los Angeles) Recording sent after.
Let’s learn how to build into the standing reformer exercises and flows from the ground up! The standing reformer exercises are often scary, unused, and also glamorized on social media. Join us in this Classtermind, where Balanced Body Educator Fabrice Lamego will share how to effectively and safely build into weight-bearing and standing work on the reformer. We’ll discover how to improve our posture, alignment, balance, and body awareness through dynamic sequencing that challenges our core, activates postural muscles, and translates into better movement for everyday life.
All levels welcome, but this session is ideal for more intermediate movers, where we’ll blend education and practice to help you feel confident, learn where to build from, move more efficiently, and feel supported and powerful in your body.
