Balance is largely an ignored necessity in life until we begin to lose it. Then, it becomes the center of our fear. Good balance is essential to help prevent falls and increase mobility, which research suggests can add 7 to 8 years longer to a quality life. PREVENTABLE falls are the leading cause of decline and death in older adults and have increased by 60% in the last 10 years, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

Join 70 YEARS YOUNG Pilates Educator and Fitness Instructor Valentin as she takes us through strategies to prevent, regain, or strengthen balance no matter your age. Better balance comes from the brain, and yet we focus on the body. Come and discover ideas and knowledge that will change your life and those around you.
