PILATES PUMP!

A Platinum Pass Exclusive

The Lives Have Concluded and The Four Recordings Are Now Available.

It’s a special month this October with two Pilates and fitness industry dynamos. Let’s get pumped with the dynamic duo that is Bonnie Benesh and Cathy Redifer, both Group Fitness Instructors, Balanced Body Educators and featured presenters at Pilates on Tour and the Balanced Body FitPro program.

The conversation around Pilates and strength training is all the rage, and Bonnie and Cathy are here to take you through a four-week journey to safely and effectively help these two worlds collide. As instructors, we don’t have time for two hours in the studio or gym to train ourselves, and many of our clients want the benefits of keeping and building strength and muscle as they age.

This session ALSO comes with 6.0 NPCP CECs, so don’t miss this one-of-a-kind opportunity to train with experts on these topics.

WHY is adding strength protocol to a Pilates session essential:

👉 Muscle Mass = Use it or lose it, and it becomes critical to Activities of Daily Life (ADLs) as we age.

👉 Combat Sarcopenia - Muscle loss can lead to fatigue, weakness, bone loss, and low energy levels.

👉 Maintain or increase lean muscle mass and a healthy Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) for a more metabolically active body.

👉 Continue to burn MORE calories during and after your workout.

This session ALSO comes with 6.0 NPCP CECs, so don’t miss this one-of-a-kind opportunity to train with experts on these topics.

You CAN have the best of both worlds, and Bonnie and Cathy are here to prove it.

In 4-weeks you will:

1️⃣ Gain knowledge around strength-based protocol in a use friendly and FUNctional way.

2️⃣ Apply it to your practice & gain loads of awesome fresh ideas.

3️⃣ Learn 4 kick-ass formats on 4 different pieces of equipment and props.

4️⃣ Feel inspired to take it into the studio and teach to your classes.
