CLASSTERMIND PROTOCOL

Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. You’re ready to take some LIVESTREAM education with Level Up MVMT! AWESOME!

Each class is geared towards the movement and Pilates professional and will be themed based upon the topic of each Classtermind or MVMT session. Classes are designed to give you great "edutainable" information on the topic, inspire you with new ideas, programming and more + create a deeper connection and camaraderie through our time together.

How it Works:

·   You purchase a class through this course. 

·   Your instructor will get in touch and let you know your registration has been received. All sessions are in PDT (Los Angeles, California).

·   Level Up MVMT sends you a link to the Zoom class to join along with class plan 12-24 hours in advance. 

·   Instructor and attendees can log in approximately 5-10 minutes before class start to get information, chat, prepare and make sure technology is working.

·   Class participants are muted so your instructor can be the main person on screen.

·   Classterminds run for 90 minutes and are joined at your own risk.

·   Q&A is facilitated throughout.

· If you miss the LIVE session, check back inside about 2 hours after, as the recording and supplementary materials will be available for you to do on-demand at any time!
